- Obligation Tracker — a live checklist of all applicable EU AI Act obligations per AI system, with status indicators (Not Started, In Progress, Complete)
- Updated compliance checklists to reflect February 2026 guidance published by the European AI Office on high-risk system requirements

Compliance rarely sits with one person. This release introduces multi-user workspaces, making it easier for legal, technical, and compliance teams to collaborate on the same AI systems without duplicating work.

- Role-based access control for sensitive compliance documents and audit logs

- Audit trail log — immutable, timestamped record of all compliance actions, document edits, and user activity per AI system

- New Risk Assessment module — structured questionnaire to evaluate conformity requirements for high-risk AI systems under Annex III
- Automated generation of draft technical documentation aligned with Annex IV of the EU AI Act
- Pre-built document templates for Fundamental Rights Impact Assessments (FRIA)
