February 2026 — Multi-User Collaboration & Access Control

API v2.0

Compliance rarely sits with one person. This release introduces multi-user workspaces, making it easier for legal, technical, and compliance teams to collaborate on the same AI systems without duplicating work.

Highlights

  • Team Workspaces — invite colleagues and assign roles (Admin, Editor, Viewer) per workspace
  • Role-based access control for sensitive compliance documents and audit logs
  • Comment and annotation system on documentation drafts — leave notes, flag sections for review, resolve threads
  • Activity feed per AI system — see who changed what and when, across your whole team
  • Notification system for assigned tasks, document updates, and upcoming compliance deadlines
  • New “Systems Overview” table view for organizations managing multiple AI systems simultaneously
  • Performance: reduced workspace load time by ~40% for accounts with 10+ registered AI systems
  • Fixed: occasional sign-out loop affecting SSO users on first login after a workspace invitation

January 2026 — Conformity & Audit Readiness

Audit Readines EU AI Act

Released

January’s release is built around audit readiness — giving organizations the tools to demonstrate compliance with confidence, whether for internal review, notified body assessment, or regulatory inquiry.

Highlights

  • EU Declaration of Conformity builder — guided workflow to produce a compliant declaration for high-risk AI systems
  • Audit trail log — immutable, timestamped record of all compliance actions, document edits, and user activity per AI system
  • New “Compliance Health” score per registered AI system, giving a quick snapshot of outstanding obligations
  • Integration support for uploading existing technical documentation (PDF, DOCX) into the platform
  • Expanded glossary covering 80+ EU AI Act definitions and key concepts, now searchable from within the workflow
  • Fixed: export formatting errors in PDF compliance reports affecting headers on page 2+
  • UI update: cleaner risk classification labels and colour-coded status indicators across the dashboard

December 2025 — Documentation & Risk Assessment

UX Refresh

Released

This release focuses on two of the most time-consuming parts of EU AI Act compliance: risk assessment and documentation. We’ve built structured tools to make both faster and more reliable.

Highlights

  • New Risk Assessment module — structured questionnaire to evaluate conformity requirements for high-risk AI systems under Annex III
  • Automated generation of draft technical documentation aligned with Annex IV of the EU AI Act
  • Pre-built document templates for Fundamental Rights Impact Assessments (FRIA)
  • Exportable compliance reports in PDF format, ready for internal review or regulator submission
  • Improved onboarding checklist with role-specific guidance for AI builders vs. deployers
