Who we are

International by default, multidisciplinary by design.

Unorma is an AI compliance and governance platform, built by an international, multidisciplinary team of engineers, legal researchers and compliance practitioners working across the United States and Europe.

Unorma was founded on a simple observation: AI regulation was arriving faster than organizations could interpret it. The EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001 — each written in a different language of law and standards, each demanding proof, not promises.

So we built the operating system for AI compliance — and the team to match. We are an international, multidisciplinary group of engineers, legal researchers, compliance practitioners and designers working across the United States and Europe.

That mix is deliberate. Regulation is drafted by lawyers, implemented by engineers, and answered for by executives. A platform that serves all three has to be built by people who speak all three languages.
